In 2022, the UK supported children and young people without parental care or at risk of losing it, in 112 countries around the world.

Today, 1 in 10 children and young people around the world are separated from their families, neglected or abused. We go beyond the basic needs, focusing on the trust and warmth of strong human connections, so every child has what they need to thrive and not just survive. Working with children, families and communities, we strive to ensure that each child and young person has the bonds they need to become their strongest selves. We prevent families from breaking down, protect children, and advocate for children and young people.
