At SOS Children’s Villages, we know that when children are shown love, care and support, they grow up wanting to give that love and support to others.
Robert, who grew up in SOS Bilgoraj in Poland, is a perfect example of that. When he heard about the influx of families and children from Ukraine seeking safety in Poland, he gave up his day off to go along and offer to help. Because someone helped him when he was younger, and it meant the world to him.
