The SOS Children's Village in Santo, Port-au-Prince, remained undamaged by the earthquake and was able offer a new home to hundreds of orphaned children. In the below video, we hear the story of Eribic, who lost his mother in the quake. SOS Children have been able to offer Eribic a new home and family, and the psychological support he needs.

As well as offering new homes to orphaned children, SOS has united 165 with their families; welcomed 400 extra children into the SOS School; set up 16 feeding centres catering for 14,000 children and committed to a 12-year reconstruction plan.
