Phil Spencer, TV Presenter and SOS Children Ambassador
Phil Spencer, presenter of Channel 4’s ‘Location, Location, Location’ visited SOS Children’s Villages in Ghana in 2007, and has been an SOS Children Ambassador and World Orphan Week supporter ever since! You can read more about Phil’s trip to Ghana. Phil says “I have experienced SOS Children’s work first hand in Ghana and was truly inspired by what I saw. Jordan Parkinson, Singer and Teenage WOW AmbassadorJordan, 16, is from Rochester in Kent. Hugely talented, he's been singing since he was nine and is sure to be a big star! He first became involved in WOW 2008 as a child model and was so inspired, he's been using his talent to help promote World Orphan Week ever since! Together with his music management, Jordan has recorded the official WOW 2010 song 'For Once in My Life'. Jordan says "I hope I inspire other young people to get involved and make a difference. I have personal reasons why this charity is important to me and I hope that I will play a part in some way for many years to come."
