During filming for his new movie, "Blood Diamond", 24 children from the SOS Children’s Village in Maputo, Mozambique, were lucky enough to meet Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio.

The children had been asked to be extras in the film and got to spend part of their summer break travelling to the movie set and working with the actors. Leonardo was extremely touched by his time with the children and was thrilled to be a part of such a memorable experience for them.

The film, due out in the UK in early 2007, is set during the civil war that raged in Sierra Leone during the 1990s. So when you head to the cinema for the film, watch out for the children from SOS Mozambique!
